Meet Maria Brooks

Maria began dancing ballet at the age of 4 and was doing so competitively by the age of 7. From the time she was a preteen, Maria attended ballet schools all over the country. Maria learned many valuable lessons from her time as a ballerina and those experiences have shaped the person that she is today; highly organized, hard-working, and passionate about what she loves. 

When she retired from the ballet world, Maria moved to Toronto to study Math and Accounting at the University of Toronto. Despite her artistic past, Maria is gifted in the financial field. When she began her career in real estate, she was recruited by a boutique brokerage focused on condominium investing. The owners recognized that the discipline from her ballet years would be an invaluable asset in her real estate career. Maria quickly learned the delicacies of investing in the real estate market and reflects proudly on her success there.

Due to client demands, Maria transitioned into residential home sales and commercial properties where she has gained a vast knowledge of the market over the last decade. Since then, Maria has facilitated the sale of millions of dollars in property with grateful clients all over Toronto.
